Working principle:
The three-disk permanent magnet coupling is generally composed of the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor, between which there is a fixed air gap. When the active machine drives the conductor rotor to rotate and cut the magnetic force line in a circular motion relative to the permanent magnet installed on the driven end, the conductor rotor of the active end will generate eddy current induced magnetic field and interact with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet on the driven end, so as to realize the non-contact torque transfer between the active end and the driven end.
