As a kind of new mechanical drive mode, the characteristics of permanent magnet drive are no contact and no friction, which means it will have small vibration and low noise. It is also energy saving and environmentally friendly. The permanent magnet drive equipment includes two series, namely, permanent magnet coupling and permanent magnet speed regulator. With special design and reasonable structure, our series permanent magnet coupling are applied for the group standard of the products “made in Zhejiang”. Our series permanent magnet speed regulators are complete in varieties and diverse in specifications, including: Self-cooling permanent magnet speed regulator, water-cooling permanent magnet speed regulator and electric permanent magnet speed regulator, all of which can satisfy users’ different energy saving requirements. We are also one of the first drafters of industrial standard of “electric permanent magnet speed regulators”. Our permanent magnet speed regulators can save energy for the equipment in such industries as power plant, steel plant, mine, cement and chemical engineering, especially when applied to water pumps and fans, the energy-saving effect can be maximized. The comprehensive energy-saving effect of general permanent magnet speed regulator could reach above 15-25%, making these regulators popular among users. Our permanent magnet coupling has been applied to conveyors and bucket elevators.
Our series permanent magnet motors and transmission products could best comply with the latest development ideas of “peak carbon dioxide emissions, carbon neutrality, ultra-low emission and intelligent development”. We will further upgrade our products towards informationalized and intelligent direction to enable remote operation & maintenance in order to improve service level and working efficiency.
As a national high-tech enterprise, we have set up a provincial R & D center, one “permanent magnet transmission product lab” and one “permanent magnet motor lab” respectively.
